What TV models are supported by Home IPTV?

Make sure that you have one of these TV models:

  1. Samsung Tizen 2016 or later model
  2. LG webOS 2.0 or later model

 Unfortunately, Home IPTV is not available on earlier TV models (Samsung Orsay / LG Netcast).

What are simple LG webOS instructions for the installation of the Home IPTV app?

Follow the simple steps to install the Home IPTV app on LG WebOS.

  • Make sure your TV is connected to the Internet
  • Press the <smart tv> button on your remote control or magic remote control
  • Navigate to LG store and press OK
  • In the search menu, type “Home IPTV”
  • Make sure you see our logo in search results and press on OK (Remote Control) or press on the wheel (Magic remote control) to select the Home IPTV application
  • Click on install
  • After installation is successfully completed, press on “Launch”

 What are simple Samsung Tizen instructions for the installation of the Home IPTV app?

  • Make sure your TV is connected to the Internet

 How to upload a playlist to Home IPTV?

  1.  Turn on your TV and launch the Home IPTV app
  2. Write down your device ID number from the screen. TV id number can be found in the settings menu of the Home IPTV app.
  3. Go to www.homeiptv.com /activate on your computer browser / mobile browser.
  4. On the website, enter your TV ID in the first input field and either enter your playlist link or select a playlist file.
  5. Press on “Import channels”. If you see a “Success” message, return to your Home IPTV app on the TV.
  6. Press “0” on your remote control to reload the app and import channels.
  7. Enjoy watching your TV!

How to change the playlist on my TV in Home IPTV app?

 There is no need to delete an old playlist in order to upload a new one

  1. Go to homeiptv.com/activate
  2. On the website, enter your TV ID in the first input field and either enter your playlist link or select playlist file
  3. Press on “Import channels”. If you see a “Success” message, return to your Home IPTV app on the TV
  4. Press “0” on your remote control to reload the app and import channels.
  5. Enjoy watching your new IPTV playlist

 Where to get a playlist?

You can use Google to search for the “IPTV m3u playlist”. Make sure that the playlist is legal and the content does not violate any intellectual property/copyright.

 The home IPTV app does not contain any TV channels or playlists by default. We, app developers, are not responsible for any content that users intend to watch using Home IPTV app.

 I cannot find a Home IPTV app on the app store, what to do?

If the app is not available on the Play Store in your country or region, you can download the APK and install it on your own. 

How much does the Home IPTV app cost? 

Currently, the Home IPTV app is free. We never ask for money from our users so please be careful and stay away from anyone who contacts you on our behalf and asks for payment.

 I want to install Home IPTV on my Android. What should I do?

Search for “Home IPTV” keywords on the play store and download the app. Please keep in mind that Home IPTV might not be available in your country.

 How to delete the playlist from my TV?

 First of all, there is no need to delete your playlist in order to upload a new one. However, if you do decide to delete your playlist, there are two options how to do it:

  1. Turn on the TV
  2. Launch Home IPTV on your TV
  3. In the Home IPTV app navigate to settings
  4. In the Settings menu, click on Delete playlist and you’re done

  2. Enter your device unique ID number and click on “Delete playlist”
  3. Go to your TV and press the 0 key to reload the Home IPTV app
  4. You’re done. The playlist has been deleted from your TV
